Press the home button in the game and press the on and off button on your iPhone and it should work if the normal way doesn’t work

You press and hold the home button of the largest phone on your screen and press your phone’s home button. After that the door opens

10 does work i found out that you have to put your finger in the big home button in the game and the press your home button then the game will shut off you start it back up and the door will open

For level ten you have to hold the home button on the iPhone on the screen and then press your actual home button at the same time. You will go to the menu screen and then just open the game again, the door will open.
